He has led the 22-year transformation of the Canberra Airport precinct with the addition of $2 billion in airport infrastructure, including a new terminal, a retail precinct and three business parks which now cater to a workforce of more than 10,000 people. Stephen is also overseeing the Group’s expansion into real estate development at Denman Prospect, a new Canberra residential suburb and Constitution Place, an urban commercial precinct in the Canberra CBD.

Stephen grew up in Canberra and joined the Canberra Grammar School Board in 2013 and was appointed Chair of the Board in 2014. Stephen is also a director of The Snow Foundation, a family foundation established in 1991.

He is a member of the CGS Alumni (Sheaffe House 1979-1987) and his father and brothers also attended the School and his own children are in the Primary School.
